RETURNS & refunds policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Euphoria Rideworks. Please read our return policy before making your purchase.

Euphoria Rideworks is unable to offer refunds or exchanges to customers outside of Canada and the USA.

 We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition it was received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Vehicle or Moto Parts Returns: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle or motorcycle is non-returnable.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.

 FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not offer exchanges, credits or refunds on the following items: Sale or Promotional items, Items purchased with a Discount Code, Gift Cards, Special & Custom Orders or Socks.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If an item is not deliverable because of a wrong address entered by the customer, duties not paid, or any reason beyond our control and is returned to us by shipping carrier we will need to charge for reshipment. If the customer does not want to pay shipping again and the item is refunded we will not refund the original shipping cost.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To qualify for an online return you must first get an authorization from us via email. Contact us at online@euphoriarideworks.com and lets us know the issue.

 Euphoria Rideworks reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items that have not been authorized to be sent back, that show signs of use or that do not meet the criteria as outlined on this page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within five days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, and it will likely take some time for the refund to show up in your bank or credit card statement. If you have not received your refund, contact your bank or credit card to check on the progress. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at online@euphoriarideworks.com.

EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email online@euphoriarideworks.com within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

MAKING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN/REFUND

  1.  Email us for an exchange or return/refund authorization at online@euphoriarideworks.com. Once approved:
  1.  Ship the item back to us at the address provided below. Please mark your order number and include your name as the shipper on the package. Ensuring the item arrives safely back to us is the buyer’s responsibility and should be shipped appropriately with tracking and insurance.
  1.  Once we receive your item we will notify you of your exchange or return/refund by email.

US customers please note: US ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED WITH UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE OR WILL INCUR A $50 CAD BROKERAGE FEE.

All returns must be shipped with USPS and marked as a RETURN on customs sheet to avoid brokerage fees. Any brokerage or duties paid on your shipment will be subtracted from your return. Any orders shipped to us using UPS, FEDEX or other courier other than the United States Postal Service will require an additional $50 CAD from you to ship an exchange. If you are doing a return the $50 CAD will be deducted from your return amount.

INSURANCE

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
